The short version
Pickle Park does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking of any kind — on the website or in the iOS app.
What we collect
Nothing. Pickle Park has no sign-up, no login, and no user accounts. We do not collect names, emails, device identifiers, location, or usage data, and we do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising SDKs.
Where your data lives
Pickle Park saves your stats (matches played, wins, points won and lost, longest rally), your settings (volume levels, and haptics in the iOS app), and your game progress, only on your own device — using your browser's local storage (on the web) or the app's local storage (on iOS). This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data or deleting the app removes it.
Apple Game Center
The iOS app can optionally connect to Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. This is entirely handled by Apple, under Apple's own privacy policy. We never receive any personal information from Game Center — Apple simply displays your scores and achievements to you. Using Game Center is optional; the game works fully without it.
Voice and audio
The announcer's voice lines are pre-recorded audio files bundled with the game. Pickle Park never accesses your microphone and never records or transmits your voice.
Hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers generate standard technical logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) as part of normal operation. We do not use these logs for tracking or analytics, and we do not access them for any purpose beyond keeping the site running.
Children's privacy
Pickle Park is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children either.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, we'll update the effective date above. Since we collect no data, we don't expect much to change.
